The easiest way to solve most issues with an app is to:

 Apple iOS 7

1. Take the App out of Memory. Double Click your iPhone’s Home Button, and remove the app by swiping your screen upwards.

2. Remove all other apps from Memory by doing Step 1 for all other apps in memory. ( The memory of your device may be overloaded.)

3. Try powering down your device by holding the home button and power button at the same time and hold it for about 10-15 seconds.

4. You may also try deleting the app and downloading it again from the App Store.

 Android Jelly Bean or later

1. If Big Top Ballet hasn’t installed, please ensure that you have enough storage space on your device and you are running the latest version of Android.

2. If you’ve been able to play the game, but it isn’t running as expected. Take Big Top Ballet out of memory along with all other apps running in the background. Do this by touching the double rectangle button on the footer of your display. Then swipe upwards to remove all apps out of Memory.

3. If the game has installed but is not running, go to ‘Settings’ and under ‘Apps’ select Big Top Ballet. From here you may wish to Force Stop or Uninstall the App in order to download it again from Google Play.

4. You may also check to see that you are running the latest update for your Android Device. Go to Settings, ‘About this Tablet’ or ‘About this Phone’, select ‘System updates’.

 Playing Big Top Ballet for free on Facebook- ( Currently not enabled  Play free on our Website! ) 

1. Become a fan by liking Big Top Ballet on Facebook.

2. Access the game app on Facebook here or by clicking ‘ Play Game’ from our Game’s Fan Page.

3. In order to run the game from your browser (Any browser except Chrome), you will need to install the Unity Web Player Plugin. It will just take a minute. You may need to close and reopen your browser.

4. We will be releasing an update that doesn’t require a plugin soon. If you’re having issues, let us know in email, or comment on Big Top Ballet’s Facebook Page.
